DCU Bizzy Bee Saving Club

  If the children in your class have a budding writing talent, then enter them into the

   DCU Bizzy Bee short story Competition for Schools.

The winner of the best individual entry will also win a set of books for your school library, and the most entertaining stories will be printed, and can be used to raise funds for the schools involved!

We hope to establish this as a yearly event that will encourage our junior members to use and develop their writing and computer skills

The stories will be judged in three categories, one for Jnr / High Infants, Years 1 & 2, and one for Years 3 & 4.

We will notify the schools in the next few weeks with details.

Bizzy Bee Quiz

The Quiz will be available on this site for all our Bizzy Bee Junior members

in February 2010.

We will have 3 sections Jnr / High Infants, Years 1 & 2, and one for Years 3 & 4.

Our participating schools will be able to e-mail their responses to our offices and first correct answers received will receive a prize for their school.

This will be a bi-weekly quiz, but we would welcome feedback from our schools after a few months to ensure that this is suitable for all involved.

Results will be published on our site and Duleek News in Drogheda Independent,
